Vendors must operate their own digital point-of-sale system and be able to accept electronic payment.
CASHLESS MARKET
No cash sales. Please arrive prepared to process debit, credit and contactless transactions digitally.
TABLE FEE
A table fee applies to approved placements. The fee and event-specific details will be confirmed before you accept a placement.
NO 3D-PRINTED ITEMS
3D-printed products are not accepted for SO/C.Exchange vendor placements.
EMAIL REQUIRED
A working email address is required. Application updates, placement offers and operational details will be sent by email.

FASHION — ravewear, streetwear, accessories and independent labels.
ART + MAKERS — prints, handmade goods, merchandise and wearable art.
MUSIC — records, physical media, instruments and music-culture goods.
SERVICES + REPAIR — instrument, audio and record-player repair or specialty services.
CULTURE + COMMUNITY — pop-up artists, lifestyle vendors, community organizations and other cultural connectors.
SO/C.Exchange is curated. We are looking for vendors that add something distinct to the room and connect naturally to the culture around the event.
